At Wheat Ridge Baking Company we take pride in being as local as it gets. What started as a passion project in our home kitchen has grown into a neighborhood favorite where you can count on fresh, flavorful bread and sweet treats made with care.

From sourcing a blend of high quality and organic ingredients- many of which are produced right here in California- to serving our neighbors right on our doorstep, it is our mission to create homestyle baked goods with the true taste of home and whole lot of love.

About the Team
Monica launched her home bakery right after moving to Rancho Cordova, diving into the local farmers’ market before she’d even finished unpacking. Being new town, she used vending as a way to connect—learning names, hearing stories, and planting roots in the community she now proudly calls home.
